During May 2-7, 2009, Our Company conducted a formal assessment at CMMI Level 3. The assessment was led by Chief Assessor Mr. Yu Bo (authorized by US SEI) as head of Assessment Panel, which made a six-day assessment for the implementation progress of CMMI Level 3 process domain in Our Company. Highly recognizing standard process system, the implementation of process improvement, project management capabilities, etc. Assessment Panel reached a consensus that Our Company has reached all goals of CMMI Level 3. On the afternoon of May 7, on behalf of Assessment Panel, Mr. Yu Bo officially announced that Our Company successfully passed CMMI Level 3 assessment! 
CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) is an important reference factor launched by SEI Organization (Software Engineering Institute, US Carnegie-Mellon University) so as to measure the level of software development and management of software organizations. It represents the most advanced software engineering method and authoritative standard for the measurement of capability maturity level and project management level of software companies. It has been highly recognized as the pass for software companies to march towards international market. CMMI includes best practices in terms of product development, maintenance and service, covering from the entire product lifecycle from project approval and initiation to delivery and maintenance. The scope of assessment ranges from Level 1 to Level 5, of which Level 3 Assessment refers to “Defined Level” which indicates that the development process has achieved standardization and documentation (including technical work and management work). 
The successfully pass of CMMI3 Certification proves formal evaluation and accreditation of the software industry for Our Company’s capability of software system development, marking software development and management model of Our Company has been in line with the international mainstream model, and R & D management capability has been mature. This also symbolizes that Our Company’s corporate management level, employee quality, capability of software process management, quality of products and services have come up to world-class advanced level.
The successfully pass of CMMI3 Certification will help Our Company further improve software development processes, improve R & D efficiency, and reduce costs and risks; improve the quality and reliability of software products and services, and maximize customers’ satisfaction to the utmost extent; help build top-quality R & D team, establish the perfect management criteria of software development, and develop the corresponding sets of R & D software development tools, optimize knowledge management, and ultimately upgrade the corporate image and market competitive power.
