On 22nd of May, 2009, the Xipan expressway tolling system was opened formally and running successfully.
The expressway from Xichang (Huanglian guan) to Panzhihua in Sichuan province (referred as “Xipan Expressway”), and which is connected with Hugu to Huanglian guan Expressway. It goes through Xichang, Dechang, Diansha guan, Miyi, Yanbian, and Panzhihua. It was constructed as a Four-Lane-Expressway, has nine Interchanges, 14 Tunnels, 212 medium-sized Bridges, and the whole length is 162.836km.
RHY has undertook the construction of Tolling and Communication systems, which include 9 toll stations, 1 center, 2 sub-centers and 19 communication stations. RHY planned and organized carefully, and also fully focused to satisfy the government and the society. In the end, our company finished the project successfully, which ensure the opening of the tolling system.
The opening of Xipan Expressway Network Tolling System made an end to the artificial tolling system, which also made an upgrade to the management of tolling system to Xipan Expressway, and also played an important role in the operation of the expressway sytem.
